Flavoured fruit infusion with apple and plum-quince-taste

Large, lush green meadows with a lot of different young and old fruit trees reminded us of something – the nonreversible taste of delicious compote, juice or freshly backed fruit cake made of fruits like: pear, plum, quince and apple. Collected in the grass or picked straight of the tree, it must be ripe to unfold its full flavour.

This memories inspired us to create this little exotic, but down-to-earth good fruit infusion.

Ingredients:

apple (39%), white hibiscus, sweet blackberry leaves, rosehip, camomile, flavour (quince, plum), pear, granulated plum juice (maltodextrin, plum juice concentrate), granulated quince juice (maltodextrin, quince juice concentrate)

Depending on your taste, take at least 1 bag for a cup, and for a can – depending on the size of the can – at least 3 bags. Pour over absolutely fresh, bubbly boiling water and let it steep. Done!
