3 tea bags MILFORD Red Orange
6 untreated oranges
3 tbsp orange liqueur (optional)
250 g mascarpone
200 g creamed yoghurt
75 g powdered sugar
4 sheets white gelatine
300 g biscotti (Italian almond biscuits)
200 g whipped cream
cocoa for dusting
Pour 200 ml boiling water over the tea bags, set aside for 5 minutes to brew. Wash one orange in hot water, pat dry and rub the peel finely. Peel all oranges thickly, so that the white skin is completely removed and fillet it while collecting its juice.
Mix the orange peel, juice and orange liqueur (if desired) in with the mascarpone, yoghurt and icing sugar.
Soak the gelatine in the tea, let dissolve at a low temperature when dripping wet and stir into the mascarpone mass. Whip the cream until thick and equally fold into the mascarpone mass.
Place a layer of biscotti into a large bowl, drizzle over with tea, cover with orange segments and spread a little mascarpone over these. Continue in this way until all of the ingredients are used up.
Allow to cool for 4 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa.
