1 tea bag MILFORD Black Currant-Cherry
1 tbsp chopped almonds
200 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp grenadine
4 small scoops of vanilla or yoghurt ice-cream
Blanch MILFORD tea with 150 ml of boiling water, brew for 8 minutes, remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until light brown and allow to cool. If necessary, select the berries.
Put all the ingredients (retaining half the berries and some almonds) into a blending bowl and puree using a hand mixer.
Divide the remaining berries among 2 glasses, pour the ice shake over them and sprinkle with the remaining almonds.
